In the effort to optimize your time, yet acknowledging preferences, The Lion’s Den Missions Base (TLD) has provided multiple choices in which to complete the necessary forms below.  After filling out the required forms online you may (a)Email them to address below, (b) bring them with you to the next EBV meeting, or (c) fill them out at TLD. These forms satisfy the Understanding Your Organization review and the Safety, Security, & Soundness components.
